Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used lash products.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to replace the item or issue a refund.
For unopened and unused products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
